Before starting, you MUST HAVE a domain and Wix/Shopify account and plan ready.
What you need to provide:
Wix account login credentials.
Instagram account login credentials (to link widget to website)
Logo Files (transparent background)
High quality, professional photos. (Stock photos can be used for an additional fee)
Names for page tabs (About, FAQ, Tips, etc)
Typed out content for each page, emailed in a Word document.
For E-Commerce websites, please provide product names, imaging, product descriptions, and pricing.

TUESDAY - FRIDAY: 12PM-5PM
All projects are subject to a complete 100% non-refundable payment. Please understand that under no circumstance can a refund be given especially after work (including proofs) has been issued and/or labor has begun. If the client is unsatisfied with the work presented, I (StudioFourTen) will issue NEW DRAFTS (up to 3) until the client is 100% satisfied. The client must request changes within 3 days of receiving drafts, or this offer will no longer be available.
RUSH/EXPEDITE FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
For logos, you will receive 3 logo proofs.
All other services you will receive 1-2 proofs.
ALL purhcases include 1 FREE revision, if any revisions are needed after that, there is a $15 fee per each additional revision. A revision does not mean a completely NEW design, a revision includes tweaking the design presented to fit your design needs.
*You MUST ask for revisions (if needed) within 3 days of receiving your proofs. After 3 days revisions CANNOT be made.
ALL clients must fill out a form confirming they are in fact the person making the purchase. You will be asked to provide a photo of your State ID (you may cover the address). If your State ID information doesn't match the information you entered at checkout, your order will be cancelled and you will be blocked from booking in the future.
